All that white, and the smile, on a shirt that can hold them
Samoyeds were bred by the Samoyedic peoples of Siberia to herd reindeer and pull sleds, and somewhere along the way they acquired the smile: black lips turned up at the corners, dark almond eyes, a face framed in a halo of white. That smile and the exact shape of your dog's ruff are what the shirt has to get right, and both come from your photo.

How this coat prints
A white coat is the one thing a light shirt can't frame. On ivory, butter or white, the fur sits so close to the fabric in brightness that the outline softens and the coat loses the brilliance that makes it look white at all. On a dark shirt the same white is the brightest thing that can be printed: black makes it blaze, and navy keeps it crisp with a cooler cast that flatters a pure-white dog. Cream and biscuit samoyeds carry warmer shading on the ears and back, which shows best of all against navy. The stand-off outer coat has a silver sheen at the tips, and a sharp photo turns it into texture rather than a white blur.
The photo to use
White fur fools a phone's exposure. Against a dark background the camera brightens everything and the coat turns into flat glare with no texture; in snow it darkens everything and your white dog comes out grey. Tap the coat on screen to set the exposure there, then nudge the brightness slider until individual tufts show: down if the fur is glaring, up if it has gone grey. The face is drawn by its black points, eye rims, nose and lips, so keep those sharp. And catch the smile when it's widest, usually when someone the dog loves walks through the door.
Presets that suit this dog

A dog from the Siberian tundra, chin up under a gold crescent moon and a scatter of stars: Over the Moon draws it in pale cream strokes, and a white coat gives those strokes more to describe than any other.

Night Owl puts warm window light on the face, and a white coat throws it back harder than any other colour, so on a black shirt your samoyed outshines the lit skyline behind it. Black or pepper only.

Five cutouts of the same dog in a joyful collage, most with open mouths: five Sammy smiles at once, with the name arched across the top. Bootleg 90s prints on black, pepper or navy, which is where a white dog belongs anyway.
Questions
Why not a white shirt for a white dog?
Because white is the one colour a white shirt can't show. The coat and the fabric are the same brightness, so the outline of the dog, the ruff, the ears, the halo of fur, goes soft. On a dark shirt that outline is the sharpest thing on the print.
Will the artwork turn my cream samoyed pure white?
No. The artwork keeps the coat colour your photo shows, so cream stays cream and biscuit shading on the ears stays biscuit. A photo taken under warm indoor light can make the coat look creamier than it is, so daylight gives the truest colour.
Can the shirt show the Sammy smile if my dog's mouth is closed?
Yes. The upturned corners show with the mouth closed too, and the expression comes from your photo; an open-mouthed photo just makes the smile wider.
