What we do

AiDogTee creates AI-generated portraits of your pet and prints them on garment-dyed shirts, made to order and shipped to you. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Your account and your data

To generate a design we ask for your email address, and we use it to send you your designs, sign-in links and order updates. By entering your email you also agree we may send you marketing email about new looks and offers; every message includes a one-click unsubscribe and you can opt out at any time without losing access to the product. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it - it forms part of these terms.

Your photos

Only upload photos you own or have permission to use, and only photos of animals - no people and no offensive content. By uploading, you give us permission to process the photo with our AI partners to create your design and to print it for your order. You keep ownership of the photo you upload; you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use it for those purposes and for the design you receive. We do not sell your photos or use them to train third-party AI models. We may decline or cancel any order whose content breaks these rules.

Your designs

You're free to enjoy, wear, gift and share the design we create for you. Designs you make are shown only to you - on your device or in your account - and are not published to other visitors.

Orders, printing, and delivery

Every shirt is printed on demand and typically arrives within 7-12 business days door to door. We currently ship to US addresses only. Prices are in USD. Payments are processed securely by Shopify; printing and shipping are handled by our print partner.

All sales are final (returns & reprints)

All sales are final - there are no refunds or returns for change of mind.Every shirt is custom-printed just for you and can't be restocked. But we stand behind our work: if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, the wrong size or color, or we printed the wrong artwork, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll reprint it free or refund you. No hoops.

You approve your artwork before you buy - that preview is the artwork we print, so please look it over closely (you can zoom in on it) before ordering. A 12-inch chest print reads a little softer in the hand than a backlit phone screen; that is how garment printing works, not a defect.

Fair use of the preview tool

Free design previews are for creating shirts you might buy. We limit previews per day and may restrict automated or abusive use.

Liability

We provide the site "as is." To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
