What pets can I upload?๏ผ
Any pet โ dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, reptiles, hamsters. If you love them, we'll draw them. Use a clear, well-lit photo where their face is visible.
Can I use more than one pet?๏ผ
Right now each portrait features one pet. Multi-pet portraits are on our roadmap โ for now, you can create a separate design for each pet.
Can I change my preview?๏ผ
Yes! Regenerate as many times as you like โ try different styles, different photos, different shirt colors. Nothing is printed until you order.
What happens after I approve?๏ผ
Your design is printed on demand on a quality shirt and shipped to your door with tracking.
Are personalized orders refundable?๏ผ
Because every item is custom-printed just for you, we can't resell returns โ but if your order arrives damaged or misprinted, we'll replace it free.
How long does shipping take?๏ผ
Orders are typically printed within 2โ5 business days, and shipping takes another 3โ8 depending on where you are. You'll get a tracking link either way.
Is my photo safe?๏ผ
Your photo is used only to create your portrait. We don't sell or share your uploads.
What content is allowed?๏ผ
