What pets can I upload?＋
Any pet - dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, reptiles, hamsters. If you love them, we'll draw them. Use a clear, well-lit photo where their face is visible.
Can I use more than one pet?＋
Right now each portrait features one pet. Multi-pet portraits are on our roadmap - for now, you can create a separate design for each pet.
Can I change my preview?＋
Yes! You get 3 free previews a day - try different styles, photos, and shirt colors. Nothing is printed until you order.
What happens after I approve?＋
Your design is printed on demand on a quality shirt and shipped to your door with tracking.
Are personalized orders refundable?＋
Because every item is custom-printed just for you, we can't accept change-of-mind returns. But we stand behind our work: if it arrives damaged, misprinted, the wrong size or color, or we printed the wrong artwork, email hello@aidogtee.com within 30 days and we'll reprint it free or refund you.
How long does shipping take?＋
Shipping is free on every order, US only. Every shirt is printed in the USA to order and arrives in 7-12 business days door to door, with a tracking link the whole way.
Is my photo safe?＋
Your photo is used only to create your portrait. We never sell it. The only places it goes are our AI partner that generates the artwork and our print partner for your order - the Privacy Policy names both.
What content is allowed?＋
Pets only, family-friendly always. No people, no adult or violent content - requests like that are automatically refused. See our photo guidelines for the full policy.
