The photo that gets the best Dad Mode
Round glasses need a face pointed at the camera to sit level, so pick the photo where your dog is looking at or just past the lens. The cap is drawn onto the top of the head, which means a photo with the ears and forehead visible gives it something to sit on - a shot cropped tight to the muzzle does not.

How it prints
Dad Mode is mostly mid-tones: denim blue, newsprint grey, mug ceramic. Mid-tone artwork can go flat on a mid-tone garment, so this is the preset where the two extremes work hardest. Black gives it depth and khaki gives it the Sunday-morning warmth the scene is reaching for.

Can I put the dog's name on the shirt?＋
Yes. Once the artwork is generated there is an optional text field - up to 24 characters, placed above or below the print - and you see it typeset on the shirt before you approve anything.
What if my dog wears real glasses in the photo?＋
Take them off. Anything covering the eyes in your upload removes detail the generator needs, and this preset draws its own pair anyway.
