How Pop Art is drawn
A single portrait bust in comic-book technique: mechanical halftone dots for tone, heavy black outlines, and a two-tone complementary colour treatment. One subject only - no Warhol grid, no repeated panels. That grid used to creep in from an old reference image and the style is now explicitly drawn against it.
Which pets it suits
High-contrast faces. Halftone describes tone with dots rather than gradients, so a dog with clear markings - a mask, a blaze, patches - gets a much stronger picture than a uniformly coloured one. Straight-on photos beat angled ones, because the style is built on the frontality of comic panels.
Whatever the medium, identity outranks it: the generator is told never to change breed, face shape, coat colour, markings, eye colour or ears. The photo guidelines cover what to upload.
How it prints
Halftone is a printing technique to begin with, so it behaves perfectly as ink on fabric - the dots hold their edges and the heavy outlines survive the weave. It is the most forgiving style for pale garments: white and butter both give the dots the paper-white they were invented for.

No. This style is drawn as one subject - no grid, no panels, no repeated copies. One portrait bust, filling the print.
Is there a speech bubble or comic text?＋
No lettering is drawn. The optional text field on the create page is the reliable way to add words above or below the artwork.
My dog is solid black. Will this work?＋
It will work, but a two-tone treatment has less to grip. Photo Real or Minimal Line Art usually flatter a solid-coloured coat more - and previewing all three costs nothing.
